Use charts and grouped recipe, customer or category views to understand the work.

  4. 04

    Look more closely

Filter into a customer, recipe or category while keeping your reporting period.

Built around the actual work

Make time to understand the work you have done.

A clearer performance reference

See quoted revenue alongside estimated order costs, profit, margin and production hours, with the selected reporting period kept in context.

Patterns you can explore

Recipe and customer breakdowns make it easier to look at what is contributing to completed work, rather than reading one long ledger.

The present order book too

Current-state and due-horizon charts show the mix of open work and when it is due, alongside the retrospective completed-order view.

Before you try it

The useful details.

Are these accounting figures?

The report is an operational reference. Revenue is based on recorded quotes and the report’s order rules; costs, profit and margin are estimates from your recipe, ingredient and labour information. It is not a tax or accounting report.

Can I drill into a particular customer or recipe?

Yes. Customer, recipe and order-category filters work alongside the week, month or year selection. Grouped rows also lead into the corresponding slice of the report.

Does changing a filter change my orders?

No. Reporting filters change the view of your bakery data; they do not change an order’s quote, status or recipe configuration.
